Robbie W., Canon

Congratulations to our Field Dedicated EOY, Robbie! This year, Robbie has doubled her direct reports and was challenged to increase sales and ROI while working with new client contacts – and she made it all happen with a smile.  She proactively takes a lead in rolling out new projects and is a model for agility in an ever-changing retail world.  She demonstrates a personal interest in the growth of her team members and has excellent communication skills.

Justin D., Break Fix

We are excited to award Justin with this year’s EOY award for Field Syndicated! Throughout the year, Justin has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build positive relationships with store personnel and clients. He has shown a strong personal commitment to his work by living out of hotels week after week to ensure his area had exceptional execution. In additional to all of this, he has supported the Target program since our pilot years ago and continues to add value to the team. Congrats Justin!

Corporate – Employee of the Year

Zachary D., BI

Zachary has demonstrated a commitment to personal growth and excellence by expanding his knowledge of technology, tools and analytics that have moved the business forward.  He has exhibited a passion for leveraging our tools to their fullest and challenging the status quo. He has also stepped out of his daily role to support the business development team and has made several high-profile presentations. He has positioned himself as a strong business partner and we’re excited to see what’s next. Congratulations Zach!

The Bulldog Award

Lauren J., Client Services – Break Fix

The Bulldog Award is awarded annually to an employee that demonstrates a remarkable ability to “get it done”. 

Congratulations to Lauren on the Bulldog Award!  Lauren has not only done a fantastic job in her role but, has also taken on additional business development responsibilities. Over the past year, Lauren has represented BDS in several key retailer meetings, in industry conferences, and has closed new business with multiple clients. She continues to grow her team and is adored by everyone she comes in contact with. In addition to all of this, she has demonstrated that “NO” is not a word in her vocabulary.

Kelly C., Marketing

We are excited to present Kelly with this year’s Founders’ award! Throughout her career with BDS, Kelly has made a significant impact across the business and is relied upon to think outside of the box and come up with unique and creative sales solutions. In 2019, she led multiple internal and external facing initiatives within and outside of her day to day role. In addition to all of this, Kelly has been a leader in training, coaching and mentoring many interns, new employees and peers.
