Our client has been able to monitor and control their devices from anywhere in the world, with the tap of a screen.
Through the implementation of IoTrace™, our client was able to reduce display downtime, increase sales, and operate more efficiently. With dozens of units across America, Europe, and Asia incorporating the IoTrace™ technology, our client is able to successfully identify, distribute, and automatically repair all screen and resolution issues, execute regular updates, and reboot devices to ensure a seamless experience for customers at retail.
Through remote monitoring and management, our client is able to automatically download content to all devices throughout the world. IoTrace™ takes screenshots of the content to provide visual verification that the correct content is up and running.
