Q: How long have you been with BDS?
A: I have been with BDS for 12 and half years.
Q: Could you briefly tell me about your job?
A: Currently, I am a Senior Field Operations Manager. I oversee four field managers that operate in different regions across the country who are focused on our Break Fix operations.
Q: What are some trends that you’re seeing right now in the industry?
A: There was a great deal of concern surrounding the pandemic and that things on our end were going to get excruciatingly slow but that has not been the case. Following all safety precautions first, we have seen a spike in a need for our services during this time, so we have been pretty busy with in-store work and going in with larger teams than usual to conduct installations.
Q: What are your goals for 2021?
A: I absolutely love what I do and BDS as a company to work for. I am inspired and motived to see more growth in our BDS business, going down a new path with the teams we are working with, and seeing us achieve our goals.
Q: In three words, how would you describe yourself?
A: I am loud, not shy, and a team player.
Q: In three words, how would you describe your career?
A: Challenging, exciting, ever changing.
Q: Do you have any hobbies you would love to share?
A: If I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, we like to make a big dinner on Saturdays and play card games. I also like to participate in my church.
Q: Are you a big sports fan? Which sport do you like and what is your favorite team?
A: I grew up loving basketball and being from Kentucky you have to be a Wildcats fan and if you know anything about Kentucky the Wildcats are big out here.
Q: Do you have a dream travel destination?
A: I love to go anywhere there is a beach, but I do live in Kentucky and I absolutely love it here even without a beach!
Q: What’s the best advice that anyone has ever given you?
A: Put the lord first.
