Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) signed into law on June 28, 2018 and entering into effect on January 1, 2020, California residents have certain rights and privileges as further detailed in our Privacy Policy. Published: June 8th, 2021.

    By entering your information above and checking the box below, you are choosing to opt-out of BDS’s ability to sell certain information about you to third parties that may license or sell such information to additional parties. BDS does not sell your personal information to third parties and has no plans to do so in the future. To the extent that you would like to opt-out in the event BDS changes its practices, the types of information covered by this opt-out include the following: (1) your e-mail address, phone number and mailing address; (2) an identifier, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, MAC address, or other online or device identifiers, that allows you to be contacted either physically or online, or (4) any other nonpublic information concerning you or your household that BDS has collected about you that could reasonably identify you or your household.
