Lauren’s dedication to improvement and helping her team move forward has been invaluable during Q4. Despite her busy schedule, Lauren is always willing to go the extra mile. She always makes sure to take the time to assist and support her team, even when everyone is buried in work. Through her knowledge, leadership, and work ethic, Lauren is a great example of the BDS values of Authenticity, Agility and Achievement.

Kelly C., Sr. Manager, Marketing 

Kelly accomplished several big projects in 2018. While doing this, she also participated in multiple committees to help drive our initiatives forward. Kelly is always willing to go the extra mile and provide her assistance to projects and initiatives outside of her department. She proudly represents BDS and embodies our values of Agility, Authenticity and Achievement on a daily basis through her work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership.

Case’s dedication and ownership of his market, in addition to building great relationships with store management, have been invaluable to the team. Not only does Case have a strong work ethic, he is always willing to help his team and others by sharing best practices and processes. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and is always willing to go the extra mile for his team when needed.
